As an intercultural trainer, coach and consultant, I am known to be efficient, reliable and respectful, I make things happen, I am persistent and clear in my intentions. I have a “felt” sense of creativity, curiosity and the courage to build bridges. My philosophy is “to pass on personal experience as the best training method”. My training and coaching participants are challenged and empowered to improve their communication skills, find solutions to arising conflicts. With a dynamic and compassionate approach to "real leadership", we reflect on different decision-making styles to find new own ways. I inspire agility and responsiveness, taking commitment to lead so that one is better able to deal with the unexpected challenges in a foreign culture. For me it is most important to create a personal and trustful interaction as the basis for success in this VUCA world. I motivate you to be "intentional" in every action to reach higher international goals in this reset world.
