Für 5 Jahre war ich im Vorstand von SIETAR Deutschland  (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) und habe die Entwicklung der Gesellschaft zum Vorteil aller Mitglieder unterstützt.  Drei Jahre war ich als Repräsentantin für SIETAR Europa gewählt.  Eines meiner größten Beratungsprojekte war die Koordination und Organisation des SIETAR Europa Kongress in Kraków im September 2011. Ich war für mehr als 50 Präsentatoren und Sprecher, Sponsoren und fast 400 Teilnehmer aus mehr als 60 Ländern und verschiedenen Fachrichtungen verantwortlich.
